The Clarksville Academy Cougars traveled to Nashville Christian on Wednesday for the first round of the Division II Class A District 4 Tournament. The Cougars won a thriller by the score of 44-42. The Cougars played from behind most of the first 3 quarters finally gaining a lead at the end of the 3rd quarter 34-33. The 4th quarter was back and forth until Dalton Daniels put the Cougars ahead for good with a 3-pointer with 9.7 seconds remaining on the clock. Daniel Loos led the Cougars with 24 points and 5 rebounds. Donovan Hardison added 3 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists with Dalton Daniels adding 6 points and 5 assists. The Cougars move to the semifinal round to face Goodpasture at Donelson Christian Academy on Friday February 14 at 5:30 pm.
