Main Campus

Clarksville Academy’s main campus, located at 710 N. 2nd Street houses an Auxiliary Gym, Main Gym, weight room and fitness room.  CA added the Activities Building in 1997.  This addition to the main campus brought with it a new gymnasium and weight room.  In recent years a fitness room has been added in order to better serve the needs of our students and athletes.  In 2013, the basketball court was named Procter Court.  Greg Procter a 1974 graduate and CA Hall of Fame inductee was an intragul part to our athletic history and the court honors both R.M. Procter and Greg.  In 2015 Greg passed away and the court name became even more significant to our community.  Procter Court is the home to our Boys and Girls Basketball teams, our Volleyball and Wrestling programs.

The Cougar Sports Complex contains five fields.

Wade and Patsy Smith had a dream to honor their late son’s wish and create a home for Cougar sports. They began with a fundraising campaign and a dream for abaseball field. That plan took off and our complex opened in 2007 with the Wes Smith Memorial Baseball Field, the Simpson Football field, and the Field House. Later in 2007 we added the Winn Soccer field, followed by the Burchett Softball field in 2009. Angela Mace Memorial Hitting Facility was added in 2011. This indoor hitting/pitching facility offers a 3600 square foot space for our baseball and softball players to practice year round. In the fall of 2012 a group of parents joined together and solicited the funds to create the Marissa Maples Hood Memorial Practice Field. This field is multi-functional and can be used for many of our sports to practice on.

The Complex has become a home for our student athletes and many memories are made there. During football season the road leading to the field is packed with tailgate tents of families prepping for the big game. Kids are seen playing on the Smith Playground and laughter can be heard all over the complex. We invite you to visit our complex throughout the year and take in the Cougar sports action!

Take exit 11 for Tennessee 76 West (about 33.8 miles from Nashville)
Turn left onto TN-76 West
Continue onto U.S. 41 Alt Bypass (about 5.6 miles)
Turn left onto TN-13 / TN-48 South / Cumberland Drive
Continue to follow TN-13 South / TN-48 South(about 1.6 miles)

Drive and right before the Cumberland River Bridge.

Head south-east on North 2nd Street (about 0.5 miles)
Turn right onto College Street
